JOOP Nightflight was the 90s! That deep blue nightfeel, such a unique scent profile. Such as all the others. Polo Sport incredible . Have to try the dua version of the vintage formulation. Oh i love that oldschool intro

Louisiana weather is brutal. Humidity off the chard. One of the supervisors in one of the projects I worked on kept asking me what it was. It held on crazy humid weather.

I purchased a bottle of Antaeus a few months ago. Last week typically, the fragrance was on sale a third cheaper than what I paid originally. So I bit the bullet and bought a second bottle. That should keep me going for a few years. Loved your review 🙏

I have a pretty decent collection of men's and unisex fragrances, that I've built up over a few years. Some of them weren't expensive at all. A few of them were... But most of them are names you've heard and probably worn. With that said, Bois Imperiale is one that I just stumbled upon as a gift. In all my years of wearing different scents, this one has caused more people to stop me and ask me what I'm wearing, than bottles that were 3x as much money. It's a HUGE attention getter and a great casual scent to wear. I'll say this..... I will never run out of the stuff. :)

Forget the majority of the popular 'influencer' fragrance reviewers, Steve you really know your stuff and your passion comes through with fragrances. Only a small minority (Robes08, Steve, Scentrifugal , Dracdoc etc) of reviewers left that give true collectors great content to enjoy that is honest and unfiltered. Thank You

Great review. Antaeus, in my opinion, is the greatest men’s fragrance ever created. It’s an ultra masculine fragrance with a great pair of balls like you say, but the masculinity is not brutish or “caveman-like”. Rather, it’s a refined, sophisticated, sleek and cool masculinity, bold and assertive yet gentle and vulnerable. For me, it’s like a handsome pair of well-shined black leather men’s dress shoes, or a pair of sleek men’s black leather gloves. I love wearing the fragrance in the fall and winter, along with a nice form-fitting black turtleneck shirt or sweater. It’s definitely a masculine fragrance; a fragrance for men….it’s not unisex at all.

I was a huge fan of Polo Sport too, but never could afford it as a teen. I also had other priorities back then; but if I could turn back the clock, I'd tell myself to pick up several bottles for my future self. 😄 The new stuff with the blue plastic atomizer just doesn't cut it for me. I'd even take the original Swiss Army over it. Incidentally I still have a vintage bottle of that one. Aspen too! 😆

You should definitely try to get your nose on eternity, I think you’d definitely like it.
